Platform Group Fitness

Our Platform HIIT and Platform Strength program is a small group fitness class that uses a combination of kettlebells, sandbags, maces, rings, bands, ropes, medicine balls, air dynes, rowing machines, ski machines and the latest unconventional fitness tools to provide you with fast pace, high efficiency workout that will challenge any fitness level. All workouts can be scaled or ramped up to fit any fitness level. The workout changes daily so you will never find yourself in a routine. Each class is a unique fitness experience that is sure to make you wanna come back for more. The classes are designed to put you in the best position to be functionally fit and achieve all your fitness and lifestyle goals. These classes are designed for everyone. The classes will run approximately 45 minutes in total.
