Sports Performance / Athlete Training

The Athlete Training program here at Platform Training is to give young athletes a step ahead on and off the field. These classes will use a variety of fitness tools in a fast-paced and fun fitness program. The benefits your child will gain are the reduced likelihood of injury, permits better skill execution, higher levels of play due to increased muscular strength and endurance and cardiovascular fitness, confidence, self-awareness, core strength, and overall fitness knowledge that will translate and promote life-long healthy and active fitness lifestyle.

We focus on developing speed, agility, and quickness that is needed to excel on the playing field.

Platform Training Sports Performance Center is located at Home Turf 1710 SH35 Oakhurst NJ 07755.  We offer private, semi-private, group, and sports team sessions.  Please contact us for detailed information and training opportunities.
